Growing up in a marginalized farming family, Siddhesh witnessed the hardships endured by farmers firsthand. His own father refused to hand over the family farm to him, urging him to study mechanical engineering instead. With a deeper understanding towards tackling the challenges faced by small and marginal farmer communities, Siddhesh leveraged what he learned and has devoted the past five years to regenerative organic agriculture.

He founded Agro Rangers to empower youth and farmers in his drought-prone region. Through fundraising and communication efforts, Siddhesh aims to bring positive change to farmers’ lives while promoting environmental well-being.
